You may request cancellation on any items in the order until they have ship confirmed; however please be aware that this is only a request; a cancellation request may not be accepted depending how far in processing the order is.

Once the order is shipped, you may cancel the order by contacting us and requesting a Return Authorization number. This would be considered as Buyer’s Remorse. Please note, return freight will need to be covered by your end and standard restocking fee of 15% will be charged.  We will credit the balance in the form of payment used.
